WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be responsible for sales and promotion of the products.
- To plan the regional business and implement all sales activities in respective region and accomplish the sales target
- Ensure an accurate sales forecast.
- Develop partners and new customers to ensure the geographic penetration
- To train and develop the partners following company standard and process;
- Support the partners in the sales activities including the bidding / application / service etc.
- Be responsible for market info research and competitors info collection;
- Organize seminars/ product promotion to improve the brand awareness.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- College degree and above, major in Thermal dynamics, Heating, machinery manufacturing, automation control, marketing etc.
- Min. 3 years working experience in channel or project sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills, learning and problem solving capability
- Market analysis and judgement ability, customer oriented
- Skilled in MS office.
- Accountable and pressure tolerant
- Experience in heating or AC selling is preferred
